The majority of our deliveries are made by our delivery partner DPD who will provide you with a 1 hour delivery window for your order.

Our customers also benefit from DPD's pickup service, allowing you to divert your parcel to the nearest DPD pickup point for added convenience.

Extended Christmas Returns
All items ordered between 1/11/24 and 24/12 qualify for our extended Christmas return period. You are able to return these items up until the 31/1/25.

If something's not quite right, you can return most items up to 30 days after delivery.

Returns
We offer a 100% money back guarantee on all website orders, including second hand. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your product simply return items with the original packaging and materials. Items must be in new and unused condition. Second hand items must be in the exact same condition as sent by Affordable Golf.

The goods must be returned within 30 days from signing for the goods in order to receive a refund - Please note we do not accept returns for any custom fit items unless they are faulty when delivered.

All products carry a full manufacturer’s warranty. Should there be a problem with the manufacturer’s warranty period Affordable Golf will do everything possible to assist you in taking care of your particular situation. Without agreement from Affordable Golf return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that the returned items are insured when shipped.

When returning your item, please provide a copy of the original receipt and a note explaining why you are returning your goods.

When Will I Receive My Refund?
Most refunds are fully refunded in 7 - 10 days after we receive and process your return.

Returning Goods Which Come With a Free Gift
Any free goods that come with the item you wish to return for a refund should be returned if unused and in its original packaging. If you have used the free gift then it should be kept and the value will be taken off the balance that will be given back to you.

No Exchange Service
Due to stock avalability if you are looking to replace the item you have purchased, we advise you to place a new order as we are unable to offer an exchange service. This will allow you to receive your replacement item sooner.

International Returns
The customer is responsible for any shipping costs, additional duty, taxes, brokerage fees and insurance fees that may be assessed for returned items shipped internationally. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer for warranty replacements.

Cancelling Your Order
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 working days, beginning on the day after you receive your goods for a full cash refund, otherwise you will receive a gift certificate to the same value of the goods returned unless purchased on finance. If the goods have already been despatched they must be returned to us in an unused condition. To cancel an order please contact our support team.
